MEET THE TEAM

Ophelia - Manager

MANAGER

From a corporate world to entrepreneurship.
From poetry to business strategy.
From yoga mats to boardroom thinking.
Ophelia moves between worlds with ease.

Being resourceful and disciplined is her strength. She naturally warms up the whole room making even the shyest people feel comfortable.

She might come across as a bit arrogant at first, but she doesn’t take herself too seriously. She asks deeper questions, cuts through surface-level conversation, and still makes you laugh along the way.

When she doesn't fit into a box, she creates her own. Writing is her outlet, it’s how she stays grounded. She deeply values calm, silence and space to recharge.

Her path started structured precise and conventional. Shaped by the corporate world in facility management and luxury events, alongside a Bachelor’s in Marketing & Communication as well as a Master’s in Innovation and Services Management.

Three years ago, she didn’t know what backpacking was. Today, she’s travelled 30+ countries, runs a company focused on human and digital transitions for businesses.

MANAGER

Social by nature, Hadi is someone who’s naturally drawn to people and the dynamics between them. He believes that the best moments often happen unplanned.

Structure and strategy are his strengths. He loves numbers and enjoys understanding how things work beneath the surface. This mindset is also reflected in his academic path: A Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s in Data Engineering and Consulting, combining business thinking with technical depth.

His way of slowing down? Chess. Here he can think ahead and embrace the quiet focus that contrasts with his social side. If he seems cold from afar, don’t worry it’s just his focus mode.

Good coffee is part of his daily rhythm, meditation keeps him grounded, and he’s always exploring the balance between movement and stillness.

He also takes photos along the way - though he’d be the first to admit that “terrible photographer” might still be the most honest label. But guess what? He's NOT SORRY.

A FAMILY PROJECT

Not Sorry is a family project - not in the traditional way. It's my vision, made possible by my parents, who opened their home and became part of the story.

It's not a concept designed from the outside, it's something personal, shaped by our experiences, our travels, and the way we believe life and work should coexist.

We live here too. We share the spaces, the rhythms, the dinners, and the quiet moments. This isn't just a place we manage, it's a place we are part of.

Every detail reflects that: a balance between structure and spontaneity, between privacy and connection, between independence and community.

This is what makes it different.
You're not just staying somewhere.
You're stepping into a place that is lived in, built, and evolving with the people in it.

But honestly, the REAL BOSSES, it's them ...
